With a few exceptions (you know who you are) all of the orders from our FIFTH COLLECTION have shipped! If you haven't received your shipment yet or an email with tracking info, please let us know by sending us an email to [email protected]
Remember international shipments can sometimes take extra time to get through customs (up to six weeks in some countries!), but if you haven't received your order in a few weeks please let us know.
If your tracking says that your order has shipped, but you haven't received it, first check with your local post office. They may be holding it for one reason or another. If they are no help, reach out to us and we'll look into it.
We try our best to QA everything and make sure you get exactly what you ordered, but we do make mistakes from time to time. If you have any issues at all just send us an email!

Just a quick update to let you know that production is on track. We're busy sorting, assembling, and packaging everything and SHIPPING WILL BEGIN THIS WEEK.
We'll be shipping orders throughout the month. Sometime before the end of October you should receive an email from us with your USPS tracking information.
You have five days to change your shipping address and add any last minute items to your order. To make any changes, click on the original email link you received from BackerKit. If you run into any trouble just send us a message.
If any of your friends or family would like to pre-order items from this Kickstarter campaign at the special campaign prices, they have until October 6th to do so, even if they didn't pledge during the campaign.

A HUGE Thank You to all of our amazing backers for another successful campaign! It's nearly time for you to tell us which skulls you want and where to send them.
Sometime in the next three days you will receive a survey, sent to the email you use to log into Kickstarter.
We're once again using BackerKit to collect your reward choices and shipping info.
It will provide you with options for selecting which rewards you want based on your pledge amount and ask for your shipping address. It will also give you the opportunity to increase your pledge amount to add additional items to your order, if you choose.
You will also be able to add ANY Fire & Bone skull from all of our previous collections. That's 40+ species to choose from! We'll bundle and ship everything with your Kickstarter reward so you'll get everything at the same time!
As long as you pledged the correct amount for the rewards you want it should be a simple process, but if you do encounter problems just let us know.
